2002 ZAMA Reunion San Antonio Texas 4-7 July 2002

The reunion will be held at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, 101 Bowie St, San Antonio, TX 78205.  We have a special rate of $99.00 plus tax for the nights of 3-6 July.  You may make your reservations either at the reunion web site www.spydercat.com/zama/ or at 1-800-648-4462 for the Marriott Rivercenter using code ZAMZAMA.  The registration below provides the participants with attendance passes to the Ranch on 5 July, the Dinner Dance on 6 July and the optional Sayonara Breakfast on 7 July.  Your registration fee covers all the costs incurred in organizing this reunion.  We hope you enjoy renewing acquaintances and getting together with old and new friends!

Waiver and Release of Liability and Agreement to Participate

     In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2002 ZAMA Reunion (the “Reunion”) in San Antonio, Texas in July 2002, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Zama Alumni Association, its officers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, organizers of the Reunion and if applicable, lessors and lessees  of premises used in conducting the event, all of whom are hereinafter referred as “releasee”, from any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including permanent disability and death or damage to property occurring while traveling to or from the Reunion or during the Reunion, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or party by the negligence of the releasee, or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.

     I have read the above warning, waiver and release, understanding that I give up substantial rights by signing it and knowing this, sign it voluntarily, I agree to participate knowing the risks and conditions involved and do so entirely of my own free will, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.
